HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is for you not having enough time daily to spend normal 1 hour for workout. With HIIT you can optimize the time even as low as 15 minutes. Well, there is always another side of the coin. Those 15 to 60 second intervals are really really heavy and they have to be - otherwise this training method will not work.
There is a lot of information and studies available on the net, so dig and study and consult your professional if you feel so before rushing to try this new method.
This version is for trainers outside of home, but there is Windows Store version (named HIIT Training Calculator) available if you feel training at home with big screen :)
